All Slingshot ERP software development projects commence with either a Business Process Review (for more complex software development projects) or a Conference Room Pilot (where changes to our standard package are minimal). The objectives of the business consulting stage are to:

  • Define the functional requirements of your new ERP software
  • Provide a task list (with estimates) articulating how the work will be done
  • Identify all deliverables and timing of milestones
  • Delineate responsibilities between your organization and the Slingshot project team
  • Provide a clear blueprint for all other aspects of project.

Implementation Services

Slingshot's approach to the provision of Professional Services (project implementation services) is characterized by one word: transparent. During implementation, Slingshot's Software Support Request (SSR) system is made available to all clients. Refer to the Implementation Services page for more detail.

SSR is available on-line, 24X7, and enables you to:

  • Review full project status (including effort budget consumption against individual tasks)
  • Raise questions and/or requests for system enhancements/issue resolution
  • Run reports on the progress and financial status of your project

Ongoing Support Services
