Slingshot Announces Addition of Two New Board Members

DEDHAM, MA, JULY 27, 2009 - Slingshot Software today announced the addition of Craig Armstrong, Vice President International of LoJack Corporation, and Dan Powdermaker, Sr. Vice President Sales and Marketing at Arbinet, to its Board of Directors.

About Craig Armstrong
As Vice President International of LoJack Corporation, Craig Armstrong is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of the company's European and Middle Eastern markets.

Armstrong brings more than fifteen years of related technology and strategic development experience having held positions including Managing Director of LoJack's Canadian subsidiary Boomerang Tracking, Vice President of Channel Strategy and Development at LoJack Corporation as well as multiple management and executive positions throughout his career with various multi-national organizations including Polaroid Corporation and Motorola. His broad understanding and experience in vertical market development, strategic marketing and global expansion compliments LoJack's core business and long-term development.

Mr. Armstrong currently sits on the board of LoJack's French Licensee Traqueur S.A. and is the recipient of several national awards for direct mail and outstanding marketing achievements. His speaking engagements have included Comdex, Bryant University's World Trade Day and the Consumer Electronics Show.

About Dan Powdermaker
Mr. Powdermaker joined Arbinet in December 2008 as Senior Vice President of Sales and marketing. Mr. Powdermaker has spent his professional career in sales and marketing management positions. Prior to joining Arbinet, as an original member of the management team at iBasis, Inc., he was involved in a broad range of areas as the company grew from start-up to a leader in international telecommunications.

Over a ten-year period, Mr. Powdermaker developed and managed a sales, marketing and business development organization with personnel in more than 20 countries and organic revenues exceeding $600 million. Prior to joining iBasis, he was in sales management at AT&T Global Services where he managed teams as they sought to meet the communication needs of Fortune 500 companies. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business and Harvard's Advanced Management Program.
